Ohhh. I'd love to get Brady Tkachuk. But Ottawa is building up. Maybe Tage Thompson if Buffalo wants to redo the rebuild again. But most star players are locked up long term. But there might be some team that wants one of the Russians that would do a hershel walker type deal. Maybe 2 first and 2 second round picks plus a player. Who knows. Kicking this pick down the road down the road and creating time between the players might be good for The Ducks because all are players are bunched together as far as age.

Just spit balling. But say Philipahia wants the 3rd too get Demidov. Then it probably looks like this:

To Anaheim: Phillys 12th pick ,2nd round, next years 2nd and Sean Coutorie.
To Philly: Anaheims 3rd overall pick plus one of the Ducks RFA players.

That’s what makes these guys so attractive is because they’re already locked up.

If you give Sens # 3 and let’s just say Oil pick is 27 …

That gives Ottawa 4 first round picks…plus cap space -
