This morning the Vancouver Canucks had a scrimmage and one player in particular stood out.
That player was
Brad Richardson.
Richardson used his speed well, potted a beautiful goal and seemed to be in on nearly every goal or scoring chance. Although it was a fairly low intensity scrimmage, Richardson and Higgins looked to have great chemistry.
I remember him from his days in Los Angeles and how tough he was to play against. If he can stay healthy, watch for Richardson to become one of the best UFA signings this summer and be in the running for Vancouver "Unsung Hero" award at season's end. I also wouldn't rule out 20 goals and 40 points thai season for Richardson.
How do you see Richardson's season going?
Until tomorrow my friends, stay classy
Ian
