Short blog this morning, but did anyone catch the
video ESPN posted , where they asked NHL players who the best goalie in the league was?
Roberto Luongo was selected the best in the world by
Jonathan Toews – and people wonder why there aren't too many Canucks fans who don't have this guy near the top of their list as one of the league most respected players.
In the video, Toews said the following:
"I'd have to say from his experience, the amount of time he's spent as one of the top goaltenders in the league and seeing him a lot in the Western Conference, … Roberto Luongo."
So this brings about the question, does Toews know hockey? Because I know if I made that statement I'd be answering whiny, stinky, poopy panted fans all day long.
The rest of the voting in the video broke down like this:
Lundqvist- four votes
Rask- one vote
Rinne- two votes
Price- one vote via
Sidney Crosby, citing his calm demeanor, technically sound positioning and taking up a lot of net as the reasoning behind it.
Quick- two votes
Who your top goalie?
peace out….but be ready... "it's" coming
Ian
