CSKA Moscow is losing talent this off-season, Kirll Kaprizov is finally making the jump to North America and now a fellow Russian is following in his path.

As per source Ilya Sorokin has turned down a multi-year contract offer from CSKA Moscow and a huge fortune so that he can begin his move to the NHL. He's set to sign with the New York Islanders once his current KHL contract ends.

Sorokin's agent Shumi Babaev has confirmed the intent to sign with the Islanders.

Meanwhile another Isles prospect Anatoli Golyshev is apartment hunting so that once he becomes a free agent he can finally head over and sign with the New York Islanders as well.
