Playoff tuneup in St. Louis as the Wild play back to back games vs the Blues. Neither team has anything more to play for as far as the regular season is concerned but don't tell that to the Wild players.
They know that the playoffs are a different story and a first round exit is not the plan for this group.
The guard has changed and there is a new sheriff in town. This is a different Wild team than any we have seen in the past.
We will have to see how Evason rolls his lines and the guys he chooses to dress. We should see Parise get back into the lineup for at least one if these games and I would expect him to be a factor when he does.
The playoffs are almost here and the Wild will be ready to get things going vs either Colorado or Vegas depending on who finishes second.
This is the fun time of the year and this Wild team is most certainly on the rise.
It's always Hockey Day in The State of Hockey!
