Just spoke to a source and he is continuing to hear that Taylor Hall will be following in the path of John Tavares and returning to his hometown team as a Calgary Flame for his next contract.

Hall is coming off a rough season by his standards, with just 16 goals and 52 points in 65 games between the New Jersey Devils and Arizona Coyotes. But due to the expanded format he has an opportunity now to make a playoff impact for Arizona.

The source says that could help Hall get his next contract numbers up, but it is still more than likely Hall signs with the Flames on UFA Day, which will likely be sometime in December.

Where do you think Hall fits?
