I wanted to get up a quick piece regarding who the Ottawa Senators are targeting at center. I have heard quite alot over the last 24 hours and here is what I am hearing. Should make for some great discussion.

David Krejci is at the top of the Sens list for a few reasons. Naturally his veteran experience is a no brainer but it wouldn't cost them anything to sign him, being a UFA. He wants a two year deal and Ottawa won't overpay after learning from their mistake last year with Dadonov.

Adam Henrique remains a top target too. We have talked about how the Ducks needs to retain salary for this deal to happen.

Tomas Hertl of the SJ Sharks is now on the Sens radar, one year left on his deal. The Sharks want a top prospect and I am told Lassi Thomson is the player Doug Wilson is asking for. Personally I would give up a 2nd round pick in next years draft rather than a prospect. After missing out on Reinhart in Buffalo, I know Dorion really wants to acquire a vet and one that can produce offensively too.

Nazem Kadri is a longshot at this point but that could change if some of Dorion's targets get moved.

I haven't heard anything regarding Ryan Strome although his name has been connected to Ottawa by other media members.

So lets hear it Sens fans, who would you rather have in a Sens uniform from the list above, or do you have someone else in mind?
