The twist is that the winner of each weeks head-to-head matchup gets to cherry pick a player from the losing team.

After 4-5 weeks you'll have 3-4 teams overpacked and the others not
even doing their rosters anymore as they have "0%" chance to win any
category.
You should re-think that before your draft...
If you want good changes, change some categories (switch GWG by blocked shots,
faceoff won, etc...

actually we are in the 5th year of this league and it is quite competitive.
There is a set of rules, I just gave the quick and dirty of it in my post.
for example.... draft rounds 1 thru 3 are not eligible for swap.
We actually may change GWG to hits or blocks or both
and most likely will change goalie starts to saves |

not sure what a socialist league is.. but yahoo leagues are pretty fantastic with all of their features and live draft
again, this is 5th year of this league... and every season i have managers tell me how much they enjoy it and how it's always their favorite league.
