I gotta say Bill.. even though its gotta be hard to really get material (at least NHL relevant) you consistently pull through for us. I truly appreciate every single blog you post. Always a different angle or approach.. Its what separates you from the rest! |

Call me crazy, but I really think Rinaldo has the tools to be the X-factor spark plug for this team.
Remember that Devils game on the playoffs? He was unreal.... |

I just tapped into the backlog and started Assassin's Creed 2. So far, pretty cool. I'd still rather be watching hockey. |

I agree with the Hockey part.... I have been playing online games since College and 2 times a week or so I get on to play with guys from College - Being married with Kids is just easier then trying to meet up once every few months |

For all those interested in hockey related stories.. heres a halfway decent one...
I am getting married on Saturday (totally not related to hockey lol) and I had a hockey game last night for my mens league team... Well as I am packing to head out to the game my finance-ee says to me "PLEASE take it easy tonight, we are getting married in 5 days"
I show up to the game and we have a whopping 6 guys (including the goalie) show up to the game.. Needless to say we played the entire game without a single sub.. lost 11-7... Yes I am sure it wasnt a baseball game. |

The crowd I play with has usually been short on subs, there's no such thing as 'taking it easy' in that case
Also, premature congratulations to you! |

I think she was probably most concerned about broken bones or visible damage to the face/head that would show up in photos. |

Personally, I favor any wedding photo that has a big toothy Couturier smile. |

A big thanks to you, Bill. I always enjoy keeping up with the Phantoms and the rest of the young guys in the system, and you make things simple with your updates and blogs!
I know a lot of guys are "NHL or nothing", and don't care about the prospects and AHL games, but it's better than nothing, and personally, some of my favorite hockey games have been going to Phantoms games. |

Funny you say that - we're going to be without a sub at our game tonight... but the other team has lost a couple guys to injury, so it should be a crap show..

Representatives from the NHL and NHLPA have met seven of the last nine days, but no future talks are planned. Fehr told the panel that three issues remain to be solved: the split of money, player contract rights and who pays for the damage caused by the lockout.

This is a joke, right? |
