You obviously dont get it "turkmenbashy", because I've been saying all along that both sides have to shoulder equal responsibility in this mess.
That said, please feel free to display how little you care about my opinion by ignoring it and not responding to my posts. Otherwise, this whole honey boo boo act about your superiority is tiresome and nauseating. - systemtool

Nope, all is well with me. I had about 10 over for Christmas eve dinner. Had to fry about 13 pounds of fish and make sauce. Just haven't been coming to the site or any hockey site. Lost interest since the lockout. - bonzo11
good glad to hear it
I'm with ya, if I had anything else to do at work I probably would, but I keep coming back here |

It will be kind of nice to see lots of trades for a change. I think this part of the NHL proposal facilitates it:
"Ability for Clubs to retain/allocate Salary and Cap Charges in the context of Player Trades within specified parameters."
I wonder what the "specified parameters" are? - The Shrike
I'm thinking that means a team like Tampa could trade say Lecavalier to someone like the rangers (or whoever) but split the cap hit with the team...
Or maybe it means Montreal could trade Gomez to Phoenix, still pay a chunk of his actual salary, but phoenix still takes on the entire cap hit...
Things could get really tricky if something like that were to happen |

MTL will buyout Gomez and his 7.3M cap hit (4.5M salary) and they will probably try to trade/dump for nothing Kaberle to a team far from the cap ceiling. Gomez is gone....the only question is do they do it the minute the CBA is signed or next summer. |

Here we go again... when the lockour started, they gave us hope that they can have an full 82 game schedule.......BAZINGAAAAA
Than they gave us hope or a 70 gave schedule............BAZINGAAAA
Than fans kept their fingers crossed for a 56 game schedule......BAZINGAAAAA
Now it's do or die to save a 48 game season. At least one or another by Jan 18 , this nonsense will come to an end. |

Yes, so far every proposal up till now has been answered by both sides with an F U. Can easily happen wit this last ditch proposal. |

In early NOV, the owners were hoping for a settlement & than they could squeeze in an 82 game schedule, obviously with more back to back games involved but a deal was never reached at that point. But had they settled at that point, they could have done 82 games. |

Assuming we have a season,
With it being reported that Grigorenko will stay in juniors...
Is Leino our 3rd line center this season?
Is it possible they give Hecht one more year?
Any ideas? |

Here's a great idea, mabie when another NHL team moves to a new city perhaps there name/logo should be EVIL CLOWNS. The Kansas City Evil Clowns? I bet that jwersey will be a HUGE HUGE seller |

I cant believe people are falling for this crap again.. There is nothing that will make the players happy now unless they give them a blank slate and ask them to write in what they want. It is sickening. I hate the NHLPA... They have ruined this precious game |
