Lately Ted Black is sounding a lot like Larry Quinn. It sucks because I think Black has been the Anti-Quinn before the past few weeks of this season, but he's been pretty defensive, at times patronizing and has pulled the old bait and switch when talking about the franchises commitment to winning; touting the Harbor project 2 weeks in a row as an example, when the team has been at times pathetic on the ice this year. At least Bulldog called him out on it.

while i think they Harbor project is important for the city...I would much rather have the Team's commitment be winning and a winning product........worry about the other stuff after they get the team firing on all cylinders

It seems to me that Black only cares about the off ice projects. As president he should care more about the on ice product. At least that's what I got from his chat with Bucky.

I believe the flyers probably are....but hell they have a competent hockey Department looking to improve and win now................

the Sabres wont want to afford Perry and im pretty sure he will not be leaveing Southern California .............

Iginla .......eaaahhhh not sure how much he has left anyway....i can take it or leave it depending on the cost i guess

First off, Thanks to Captain Obvious here stating that Buffalo needs a multi-game win streak. 2 game win streaks aren't going to cut it.

Second, Buffalo needs to improve the way they play this game. They were uncharacteristic on Friday playing the Bruins. That's how they need to play. Better defense, no more hanging Miller out to dry, and good scoring opportunities.

As far as I'm concerned, Buffalo played 1 good game. The game against the Bruins was the first game that Buffalo honestly deserved to win, compared to their last 2 wins. The win against the Bruins was an abnormality.

When do you say that this isn't the players, that this is coached?

Darcy Regier over-values his players. He will ask for too much, and won't get a deal done. Also, right now, there's not much value to any Sabres players aside from Vanek and Miller. If he traded either of those guys, he'd deserve to be fired on the spot.

But he deserves to be fired anyway.

Agreed, but with the score 4-3 SO win Sabres. Both teams dressing a heavy line-up. I expect McCormick and Glass to go again. Last year they had a beauty of a fight! Scott and Engo will hopefully go as well!

She sings much better than the Rene guy that does the Bruins anthems.

I don't see Perry leaving the Ducks, people think the Avs want alot for O'Reilly just wit to see the offers for Perry if hes moved
