What? The smarter play would have been not driving a guys head into the glass
Since when are you supposed to not try to fake out the opposition, he deserved the head into the glass because he faked it? - cranford93
You are obviously allowed to fake out the opposition, but then sometimes things like this happen when the player is not where he is expected to be. Kind of like a car wreck when someone make an unexpected maneuver. |

Quit yer damn crying. Look at where Los Angeles was all year last season.. 8th 9th and 10th place
Lack of chemistry is not something you can blame on a coach
It just takes time |

But that doesn't mean no penalty occurs from it, even if an "accident." You want to say he turned, fine, we disagree, but he left his skates, that in itself created the action and contributed to the injury. |

We are not crying, we said a hit deserved a suspension. Plus the talk here has been why they have struggled with lots of reasons given. No one is crying but we are allowed to question the rationale of the league when it comes to this and other hits to the head that have gone unpenalized. |

Wow, that is totally classless and uncalled for. Thousands died and many others still feeling the affects due to that. No need for that poop on a hockey forum or in this page. I seriously can't believe some of the poop people say on this (frank)ing site - bonzo11

You got it brother, nothing like some anger to reignite your faith in a team, hopefully the Rangers have been feeling this way since they left Montreal. |

Aw, so cute. Wishing near death on an opposing player. Aw, so adorable. You guys. - dlachine
Montreal fans are no better cheering a player when he's down on ice injured. just saying |

Pie, really not wise to post that in general but especially on my blog. In case you want to read why, here you go: http://www.hockeybuzz.com/
blog.php?post_id=46492#.USq_GaXR38s. I couldn't give a crap what team you root for, but there is no call for that kind of reference, ever. - airjan23
Jan....My reference had little to do with yours. I'm talking about the Chara/Pacioretty hit call 911. not the 9/11 ...nine eleven incident. ca va? I excuse the sensitivity to one being so much worse than the the other. |

Hard to tell that from the reference as you said 911 but didn't say Chara/Pacioretty 911 call, so easy to think you meant the other especially when you said whining about 911. Now I understand. |

wait, we are't allowed to complain that our team is underachieving and appears to have major issues? What are we supposed to be doing? Singing kumbaya and saying everything is hunky dory? No way, not after last season and how expectations were high and raised coming into the season. |

I was always under the impression that the supplementary discipline was to punish intent and actions above and beyond. He got the penalty on the ice, the group who review obviously felt that the last minute actions contributed to this accident. I do not see him lifting off the ice until that are in contact. I haven't been able to see this on video. |
