I saw some of the game, turned the channel when they were up 2-0 and when I put it back later it was 2-2.. Geez...
Question, when the Isles move to Brooklyn will they be keeping the same unis? Or like the Nets when they moved are they going to make a "Brooklyn" jersey? Or has that not been decided yet? - pcjr307
Would be dumb not to revamp the sweater, IMO

So how frustrating will it be to figure whether pulling this season together is possible when a lengthy Injury report will not be available |

The rangers are gonna be in serious cap trouble next year. Havs 10 mil to sign 5 players and mcdonough. And the "big 3" arent getting it done either. Safe to say they will use an amnesty buyout on brad richards. - Joshc
Next year shouldn't be a problem. At least they know what the cap is and can start planning now to stay under. What about 2014 when Girardi, Cally, Hank, and Gabby (among others) are all free agents? And they have no idea what the cap is supposed to be. If we say the 2013-2014 hockey related revenue matches last year's full season total, roughly $3.3BB, then the midpoint would be $55MM which would set the cap ceiling at $63MM. |

There was nothing wrong with Pacioretty's hit. McD saw him and turned. He never protected himself and obviously the NHL agreed in not suspending him. |

If you didn't add the "obviously" it might have been a good troll attempt. |

Here we go again, so if you don't protect yourself it's ok, does that mean every player should expect to be driven head first into the glass by a player leaving his feet? Why was there an investigation after Chara drove Pacioretty in the boards? Pacioretty didn't defend himself, so why was here such outrage? |

With the rate at which this season is going, signing all he RFA's is becoming less of an issue, the question now is if Getzlaf is available how quickly do we buy out Richards? |

Richards was a mistake and theres no excuse for a line of guys making like 22 mil this year with gaborik and nash to have like 10 points. Im not sure that glen sather should be allowed to use other peoples check books anymore. How many of his big signings turn out. Redden lol... Gomez...now wete talking about richards. I do like gaborik but hes only a year left |

Richards looks so much slower, his confidence looks shot, I hate to keep going through this but they are playing under the same rules as everyone else, Dolan's pockets are deep and I want a Cup no matter what, we are still a team with a lot of home grown players who haven't hit their prime yet |

Yes well lets try and find a taker for richards. Sure some teams would risk it. How many teams need a center with a good track record. Leafs habs columbus oilers calgary to name a few |

Happy for him, seriously. He hung in there and is holding down a spot in Carolina.

Nobody is taking that contract off their hands. Only way that happens is if they take another bad contract off of another team's hands.
Good luck in doing that. |

I might be in the minority but before dumping Richards, there is still some time to turn this around. He hasn't played well but I don't think the guy lost it in one offseason. I think if he can get just 1 goal it could give him some confidence and get him on a roll. |

Step and Hagelin have been playing well together and I don't think you mess with what has probably been 2 of their best players so far especially when they are having trouble scoring goals. Last year though, Richards and Hagelin played really well with Gaborik. Maybe to get Richards going though stick him with Hagelin for a game and see if he gets some better chances. |

I would be winning my hockey pool if Lundqvist could put up a shutout or 2, or the Rangers played like last year. Hope you guys get on a nice run soon.
Any word on Nash yet? |

I cant believe the injuries that have hit your team. its unreal. I actually feel bad for you guys.
I dunno what it is with big FA signings and the rangers...I feel like they never pan out. Something going on with Richards??
Although hes struggling, Id like him as our 2nd line center (take the cap hit from ya ) |
