Only a few more games and Kreider will forget what he was put on this earth to do. - tomburton99
Kreider will say all the right things but he looks and sees Torts trusts Bickel more than you, it is a slap in the face. At this rate he will ruin him. Maybe you guys are right, trade him now while he has any value |

Kreider should hit up Prucha to see what hes got going on now a days. The way Torts is messing with him he will become Prucha 2.0. Just send him down already if Torts thinks Bickel and Mashinter will be more productive then him.
Bottom 6 of:
Powe-Boyle-Miller
Masinter-Halpern-Bickel
sounds like a winner
Yo Girardi isn't human. Frankin back at practice like nothing happened. Give this guy a lifetime contract - TPC
Torts was pissed when he went back to BC for his junior year, because he wanted to get him in the Rangers system earlier. I can't help but think Torts is sending him a bit of a "see kid, if you were in the system earlier, you wouldn't be so clueless" type message.
Simple fact of the matter is that the college kids don't play nearly the same amount of hockey as the Junior kids to, especially the ones that don't go through the US developmental program. |

Montreal is a really attractive location, but you can't be a daisy if you sign there as a UFA, because that is the toughest place to play in the NHL if you like your privacy, and in times when things aren't going so well. - Pete V
And things are certainly going well in Montreal these days.
They did a 15 minute pregame report on their huge center ice screen on Galchnyuk and Gallagher who seem to fit in seamlessly. They both get big minutes and are always generating something positive. Could be beginners luck, or maybe not.
Torts is going to screw Krieder up, he can be as stubborn as they come. Mashinter can't skate, and if he's not going to throw the body he serves no purpose. I think your being a little unfair to Bickel. He makes the most of his limited skills, but he tries and he's not afraid to show a little grit. |

With how bad this team is playing, I really hope he isn't wasting his time with that haha. Well actually it makes sense, no wonder he has no time to fix the powerplay. |

Kreider for O'Reilly would be a good hockey trade, if O'Reilly wasn't asking for so much cash. |

Maybe, but how many people are knocking down his doors for the right to pay a player who has only had one good offensive season more than $4 million per? |

THIS.
Bottom six is awful. Outside of miller, who else can put the puck in the net? Oh and by the way, since mash and bickel are gooning it up all over the place, where were they agaisnt the habs? Protect the guy that got boarded, protect your goalie.
All these guys are so quick to foght off the draw in staged fights but cant protect their teammates when they get run. (This is mainly directed at bickel)

Bicekl, like Gabby can't make a mistake or else Torts will cut of his balls and nail his ass to the bench. |

It just makes no sense, by playing Bickel at forward it won't allow the Rangers to roll 4 lines. You can't play a Torts style system rolling 2.5 lines a game. And he wonders why players are struggling. |

Oh, I'm not saying I would prefer Bickel over Kreider. But if Bickel is gonna play he can't play "Safe is death" style. He's doesn't have the hockey sense or foot speed. So if he makes a mistake he gets reemed and then benched. |

It does make you question why other teams can seem to bring under-20 rookies into the lineup and they play regularly, and often contribute a lot, while the Rangers seem to never be able to do this. Maybe that's just my perception though. |

It makes no sense playing Bickel at all but i realize that you can only do so much with the hand you're delt. If he does play it should be on D.
Its really frustrating that we're at this point, this season had so much promise and its being pissed away. |

Galchenyuk was the 3rd overall pick last year and very talented. And let's not forget the Rangers have broken in McDonagh and Step as 20/21 year olds. Miller is in the NHL and playing as a 19 year old. The Rangers have ahd plenty of youth come aboard in the last few seasons and that's without having any top-five picks. |

Yea I am not calling you out, just venting in general. Why did the Rangers sign Haley? For this exact reason. He can actually play forward, why not him over Bickel if you want toughness |

That's exactly what they need. But Torts isn't gonna have a player on the roster who disregards him from time to time. I wan't Haley here. Have him be our Carcillo. Go out their hit people and maybe punch somebody in the face. |
