I'm not, I'd rather they float now and coast and then turn it on and get hot like LA than hustle right now, win a bunch of games and cool off by the playoffs. We've tried the hustle our ass off to win the regular season, time for a new approach, hey, it worked for LA right?

That's just it. Lightning's record is horrible, but the team is hustling every night despite playing without big cogs for periods this season. No Lecavalier, no Pouliot, no Salo, no Pyatt, no Garon, etc, but the team is hustling. I watch most, if not all Canucks games. Alain Vigneault doesn't have your guys skating, or fighting for pucks. I hate to say it, because as you guys know I do like the Canucks, but it's like AV has created a culture of entitlement behind the bench.

I'm sure they could, and I wouldn't rule it out entirely, but I think it would have to be an overpayment, and Dallas would end up on the winning side of the deal.

Like I said, though, there are several players from Dal I wouldn't mind on the Canucks.
