They need some new blood, from anywhere at this point. This is when a real vet (but not too old to play) needs to be in the dressing room. They don't listen to Wacko Jacko, and I can't blame them. On any other team most of this line up would be benched by now.

Its pretty clear JT is frustrated and he is still a kid. He is no longer having fun and its making him try too much or think too much. even though he is our best player he needs a leader that can guide him through this stuff. All the needs we have I still think that is what this team needs. Some guys that have been through the adversity before and help the team mature...yes we need some stud defence but even without that we are still pretty close. Its in the end of games with leads or when you start a game slow or right after you get a big goal and the other team score is when that type of a presence is needed.

Once they have that type of player (s) on this team we will start to finish games and get points. look how close they are now and where they could be if someone other than Jack was on the bench filling their minds with ''good effort'' comments when the are continuing to drop in the standings

100% correct. This orginization embraces losing. With the attitude they have they will never win. Especially with the personel they have, it's a never ending cycle of shat.

I don't have a problem trading Nabby but we need a goaltender first. A real one. I also bellieve it's time for Streit to hit the road. Turn the page, start next season with a new attitude, Tavares as the captain. Keep whatever they consider the core and get rid of everyone you mentioned along with Streit.
