it will be a tough bargain between edm and stl. blues may face cap issues, considering the team has an internal cap limit. it will be interesting to see what they do, but that's also many other teams going into the off season to figure out too. it could be in edm's favor to inquire and see what's out there. otherwise edm ain't getting stewart for anything cheap, it has to be prospects/picks return going their way. it's slim chance they take any salary back.

only possible scenario would be if money was tight in STL. Don't know how much money their owner has, but resigning Stewart, Pietrangelo, Shattenkirk, etc. with Jbo's contract now.
Again, I have no idea what their financial situation is, but they definitely won't trade their top scorer

he's got like an .886 in the ECHL. Those aren't numbers of a potential NHLer. Duby had a .921 his year in Stockton. olivier roy had a .925. I hope Bunz can turn it around next year, but it doesn't look good right now
