Pavs was a beast. Good game overall. Its still a steep learning curve for these guys to figure out how to win games and change the Thrasher culture. It's coming along. The Jets are in good hands with the ownership and management in place.

Last Sunday almost 4000 fans from the season ticket waiting list came to an invite only practice at 11:00 AM. That's more fans for a practice than the Thrashers could put in the seats for a game.

Winnipeg lives and breaths Jets. Like it or not it is a different culture. A culture that is slowly turning this team into a winner!

Your point can be made without telling lies, and I'm not interested in a back and forth, my comment was written in frustration.

10-11 Attendance
http://espn.go.com/nhl/attendance/_/year/2011

Thrashers averaged more that Phoenix and NYI that year at 13,500 per game.

I am the only Thrasher fan you can find that roots for the Jets, so maybe your commentary should be directed at someone else. (yeah yeah, I started it...)

You must realize that I am completely aware that Winnipeg is a hockey town and Atlanta is not. I would just like to see folks stop ragging the Thrashers.

At any rate, GO JETS!

You are obvisously a fan and I respect that. I can also admit to being out of bounds on the Thrashers culture. Some players are used to losing and need to learn how to win. I could have said it better without dissin the Thrashers.

I'm not interested in a back and forth any more than you are but I really don't like attendance figures being thrown out. I was referring to butts in seats and not reported attendance. My brother in law went to a game in Atlanta in their second last season and had a chuckle at the announced attendance. They would have to count each person 3 or 4 x.

At least we can agree on GO JETS!! Cheers.

Love to see the Jets in and Rangers out...but I will say it loud and clear I wouldn't want to be the team facing the Jets in 1st round. They work and work and work..sure they have areas they want to sign players to do better in but when they get around that net its insane how deadly they can be. Ladd is a true captain and out of all the games we played on this past run it was the Jets game that I was stressing most over. Real good team, tough boys and competative battle level .
