Enjoy it...."his experience will be good for the younger guys"
I guess Nabby, Streit, Vis arent enough...we need a f'n deadbeat like Reasoner in there as well? Joensuu should beplaying tonight. - NewYawkIslandez
Absolutely agree with you... Makes no sense at all for him to play especially since you have Nabby, Streit and Visnovsky in the line-up with the Playoff experience. |

They gotta attack fleury. Shots and drive the net hard. My only concern is that our tiny back end can play well positionally because as we have seen at times, larger teams expose our small d. - kindlyrick
Yea def... Thats the main reason I didnt want the Isles to play Boston in the first round. They are such a bigger team then the Islanders. |

They have to play physical. Same thing the Flyers did to them last year. Tough in your face hockey. That's why Capuano playing Reasoner is puzzling(being nice)? What does he want to do bore them to death? |

This is what pisses me off most about Reasoner being in the lineup. They need Martin out there bashing Penguins into the glass all night, but that will mean Reasoner will be on the ice. |

Oh believe me they'd skate out there beating the shat out of mascots and whatever else got in their way! Cindy would'nt want to return. They have to play the way we did when we shalacked them 9-2 and pummled them physically. This is the playoffs. They better be ready we've all been waiting far too long for this moment! |

Cizikas and Martin will be held back in every way when we need that line more than any other quite possibly? Completely moronic, boneheaded move. Absolutely zero sense in that mans brain.

Good luck Isles!
The whole hockey world is predicting a blood batch, but I think Tavares will have a monster series....
BEAT THOSE PENS! - abolton
I think if the Isles want to win its by staying out of the penalty box, dont get caught in a cheap fight with loosers like Glass / Engeland / COOKE and a few more maggets I might have forgatten.. just simple straight in your face hocey, dig the puck out of the corners and one guy close the crease.. lets go isles |

that was the whole thing with Lafontaine he was like perfect!! Never got his nose dirty never played tough or with an edge just seemed like a figure skater on skates. I just did not see him as a hockey player.
Who are the good guys in the series?? - kasperrko
Then you never watched him

Agreed...growing up I thought LaFleur was the man, then Bossy and Greatzky, but as amazing as Gretzky's numbers are, Lemieux was miles ahead of anyone else I ever saw. He had Gretzky's vision, with immense size and hands like Jagr, shooting accuracy like Hull. He was the perfect player. - keaner17
Fact.. If Mario entered the league with an All-star team in Pitt like #99 did in Edmonton & could stay healthy... Wayne would be #2 in alot of stats.

Fact. I would go further and say screw the all star team, if he had a healthy career period he would own a lot of the records. He made anyone he played with an all star. Reminds me of someone we may or may not see later in this series. |
