I haven't been back to State College since a year after I graduated some 16 years ago, but I might have to make a special trip back if this comes about. It would really be an amazing sight. |

This has been brought up a few times in connection with Terry Pegula. I'm pretty sure if Terry called and asked them to do it Penn State would do him the favor. Then again I would think he would only call if the game were to involve the Sabres. |

Sorry the Winter Classic has already been watered down with the same groups playing year after year. The rest of North America and Canada is tired of watching NBC having to stop the game every 5 minutes so the announcers could have a smoke after orgasming after Sidney Bieber touches the puck (looking at you there Doc). |

Since when is greed a new thing? The Nhl FINALLY found something to market the game in a great way and it doesn't surprise me that they'd F it up! |

While the idea of possibly being able to throw snowballs at Sidney Crosby is fantastic, I've already shelled out $250 twice to have a horrible view of the Flyers playing on a makeshift rink in the freezing cold. I think I'll pass. |

This just sounds like a disaster and one hell of a good time. 50,000 fans from each team getting together to tailgate, pound liquor, and hopefully not burn the place down and riot when they find out they're hammered and hate each other. Gives me one more excuse to go back to the ancestral college party lands and get my blackout on, so I say go for it...  |
