I see that an education may some day be in order. It's less about numbers and more about kicking something in the face. It's about world building and not being you for a short time...
The number crunchers exist but use their talents wisely... Don't get lost in them. A system should never hamper the game play. - FlyersGrace
Well that's why I enjoyed Skyrim so much. Kick ass graphics, and I'd much rather wander around and randomly behead people than pick up things at one spot and deliver them at another.
As for MTG, I hated the premise. I'd have a kick ass dragon and be like, "I want to use this dragon that I own and burn you alive." And my opponent would be like, "You need 4 mountains and 3 forests." What the hell is that? I have a dragon, he belongs to me. I want to burn things with him, not set up land that he can live on. |

Bill Meltzer: Meltzer's Musings: Undrafted Flyers, Thursday Quick Hits - bmeltzer
I view Umburger and Read as a wash. Umburger looked promising while he was here and while he is still is a successful NHL I thought there was a chance that he would have become more by now. With this said, I still would like to see more of Matt Read. Umburger entered the league much younger. |

I didn't know there were girls like you.... lol
I've really dropped out of my geek hobbies. I used to DnD, MTG at least once a week and spend about every night on WoW. Now my wife has me watching The Challange and the Bad Girls Club.... WTF is happening to me? - youarewrong
Luckily more and more women are gettting involved in games so your children won't have as hard a time finding someone whose into gaming.
I must admit I have lot more guy friends than female ones.
I personally believe the mall is the 4th circle of hell. And if you invite me to a purse party my response might be violent.
That and I know every player on the ice for the Flyers... And scream at the TV like they can hear me... |

Funny you say that. We keep cherries in a jar of moonshine for when people roll a 1... That includes the GM. Makes for interesting and often obliterating games. |

MTG was fun also.. I played during Legends\Antiquities\3 Edition\The Dark!
Dual lands were fun , Demon of the Pit had a cool graphic and seeing an original Black Lotus was like watching Mike Rathje fly up and down the ice..in other words awesome. |

I think that the Rangers will respond to Vigneaut. If you think they'll be a bubble team I think you'll be surprised. - mayorofangrytown
Even if they aren't a bubble team we're still top 3 in our division. |

I can't stand MMORPGs. Too many snot-nosed kids running around yelling "n00b" at everyone. I don't have time to play every night, or wait around for 4 hours so we can gather 40 people for a raid. I'd rather pop in Skyrim for 2 hours and call it a night. |

I wouldn't assume the Rangers get in. Their playoff hopes every year relies on King Henrik Carrying them there. They've also lost a big piece in Clowe that they still haven't replaced. They struggled last year in large part because they lost a lot of toughness the offseason before, and they were a considerably softer team to play. Now that they've lost (and not replaced) Clowe, they are even softer than ever. Besides for the goaltending, we have the better team over them. Their defense isn't that much better than ours that it will be the difference maker in games. I would've been worried about NJ, but as of this moment they're in big trouble. I would definitely have the Flyers in the top 3 of our division. I see the Islanders for sure taking a wildcard spot, with the Rangers, the Jackets, possibly the Devils, and the Capitals competing for another wildcard spot. - JAKEw1234
I'm most interested in how the Capitals do. For years they have played in a division which basically gave them a bye to a 1-3 seed. Without that cushion, they won't be able to coast through half of a season like they did this year and only turn it on at the end to win it. This year was a farce IMO. Play solid hockey for 1/3 rd of a season and get a top 3 seed. |

Also, the term "epic" has been ruined by people who play MMORPGs and listen to Dragon Force. |

I don't play MMOs but an Elder Scrolls MMO for the Xbox One might get me to at least try it. |

They're coming out with the Elder Scrolls Online. It's in Beta right now. Graphics are insane for an MMO.
That said, I don't have $90,000 to build a computer good enough to thoroughly enjoy it. |

I think it's a huge mistake to make a solid single player adventure game into an MMORPG. Then again, it worked so well for The Old Republic |

I'd hope so. I got sick of hearing, "Dude, that was so epic," when like, a (frank)ing puppy humps a dude's leg, or hear "EPIC FAIL!" every time matters exists. |

Ya they're my 2nd-least likely playoff team in our division, only in front of Carolina. There team is a mess. They just traded their top prospect for a 31 year old 2nd liner. They're goaltending is still a question mark. Carlsson and Alzner are bright spots, but Ovechkin carries the team every year. It's how when Ovechkin does bad, the Capitals do bad. When Ovechkin does well, the Capitals do well. |
