Luckily more and more women are gettting involved in games so your children won't have as hard a time finding someone whose into gaming.
I must admit I have lot more guy friends than female ones.
I personally believe the mall is the 4th circle of hell. And if you invite me to a purse party my response might be violent.
That and I know every player on the ice for the Flyers... And scream at the TV like they can hear me... - FlyersGrace
Some of us like our purse parties and candle parties. |

I'd hope so. I got sick of hearing, "Dude, that was so epic," when like, a (frank)ing puppy humps a dude's leg, or hear "EPIC FAIL!" every time matters exists. - jmatchett383
Fail still isn't recovering. It's sharing a vocabulary hospital room with 'Win', they're both on life support. |

I think that the Rangers will respond to Vigneaut. If you think they'll be a bubble team I think you'll be surprised. - mayorofangrytown
I think the Rangers and Pitt will fight it out for the top spot in the Div. We should come about 3rd, but we'll see. If we get 15 injuries at the drop of the puck, then it changes.,. |

Also, the term "epic" has been ruined by people who play MMORPGs and listen to Dragon Force. - jmatchett383

Even if they aren't a bubble team we're still top 3 in our division. - JAKEw1234
That's what the Caps, Isles and Jackets fans think too.
As much as I hate to say it I think NJ finds a way to stay competitive and in the race. |

They're coming out with the Elder Scrolls Online. It's in Beta right now. Graphics are insane for an MMO.
That said, I don't have $90,000 to build a computer good enough to thoroughly enjoy it. - jmatchett383
Aye, there's the rub. $3000 will get you something nice for years. But that's a ton of money to throw down on a box... |

I admit I am a dork. My friends and I tried D&D a few times, but I'm not sure we were doing it correctly...lol I'm not into the "pretend" part of it. Now MTG, that is my game. Still play every once in a while. Not a tourney player, but causal with friends... My game used to be WoW, before all the stupid expansions. Anything post Burning Crusiade was junk. - youarewrong

Definitely doesn't cost THAT much. It can be done in the three digits range. |

That 03-04 team was awesome, if their dmen hadn't kept dropping like flies in the playoffs, there is no doubt in my mind they win the cup. - BiggE
Kapanen had to play D that year for Cripes sake! Although Calgary was tough that year, the Flyers still beat them for the cup if they make it. |

I think it's a huge mistake to make a solid single player adventure game into an MMORPG. Then again, it worked so well for The Old Republic - BulliesPhan87
Idk I would've MUCH rather seen them allow multiplayer with Skyrim and allow 4 or so players in a game at once, but the MMO still looks alright. I just don't like how monotonous MMOs can be. I tried Runescape, but having to spend 20 hours of clicking a rock, waiting, then clicking another rock to get good at a single skill just to start to get a half-way decent level just gets painfully boring. You can drop hundreds and hundreds of hours in that game just doing the same repetitive thing over and over. |

I see that an education may some day be in order. It's less about numbers and more about kicking something in the face. It's about world building and not being you for a short time...
The number crunchers exist but use their talents wisely... Don't get lost in them. A system should never hamper the game play. - FlyersGrace

Yeah, with a kid on the way, that's about 80th on what I'd do with $3K. That's why I prefer consoles. The consoles are specifically designed to play the games, as opposed to computers which are geared for far more uses. |

Ya they're my 2nd-least likely playoff team in our division, only in front of Carolina. There team is a mess. They just traded their top prospect for a 31 year old 2nd liner. They're goaltending is still a question mark. Carlsson and Alzner are bright spots, but Ovechkin carries the team every year. It's how when Ovechkin does bad, the Capitals do bad. When Ovechkin does well, the Capitals do well. - JAKEw1234
Forsberg wasn't their top prospect by the way. Kuznetsov is. If he comes over this year the franchise changes.
Of course that's a huge if.
I could easily see that Caps on the outside just like the Flyers. |

Eh, maybe co-op would work, but I'm pretty adamant in thinking multiplayer Elder Scrolls is a mistake. Especially massively multiplayer.
That said, publishers feel the market disagrees with me. Gotta be true, considering these MMO clones keep flopping and going freemium. |

I agree. I was not happy at all when they lost game 7... so thought it was their year. I found Esche's game slipped a bit as the playoffs went along. Excellent vs NJ, not bad vs Toronto, but there were too many long range goals vs T bay particularly at home. I remember us scrambling to win game four to tie the series after Vinny scored from waaay out over Robert's glove coming down the RW... |

I see them further down than the Flyers. They'll be playing far more physical teams and will be up against much stiffer competition. I don't see them in the top 5 in the conference. |

Probably true but it won't be top end range and will be able to play games now decently but not at elite levels. Games in three years? Eh....
But you are correct. Depends on degree of gameplay you expect and longevity. |

Despite how heavily tinted my orange glasses are, we are the superior team over the Caps, Isles, and Jackets. Jacket's success relies completely on the play of their goaltender. Caps success relies completely on the play of their top line LWer. The Isles success relies completely on the play of their #1 center. Giroux can have a few cold games, and the rest of our team is still good enough to win games without him being an impact guy. We're not a 1-man team, and they all are, for the most part. I can see NJ making the playoffs, but not being in the top 3. They've lost too much core to do that. |

I hate controllers though. Not near enough buttons.
To me, the keyboard mouse combo gives you a great deal more flexibility. But that's my preference. And my comp is faster than the console.
I tend to limit my console gaming to Final Fantasy. And the fiancee adores Skyrim, Mass Effect, etc... |

I had really high hopes for Age of Conan. I mean, it seemed like it was fairly close to REH's Hyborian Age, but the gameplay was awful. |
