not even reading as you have shown in the past to not understand that when young players make the NHL team it makes it appear as though a team's prospect pool is "depleted"

Second, curious to see how Jones is playing on the wrong side. He will have Weber helping him out, but still could really hurt the kid.

Curious to see more out of Forsberg and why WSH was so eager to get rid of him.

I hope 2 and 6 have a real shot at making the team. unless we move some forwards im afraid they will be sent down regardless of their play because all others are subject to waiver claims.

he wont play w/ weber. josi has that locked up. if he stays he likely plays 3rd pairing protected minutes.

I found it interesting that in this one you put Jones as being the best defensive prospect in the league. What happened to Murray I know some have said that he might not have high potential but didn't look out of place at all while playing with the men on team Canada. So if you where to rank the top ten best D prospects (any draft year) as long as they are still considered prospects what would the order be ?

Murray doesn't have the explosive talent Jones has. Plus he's injured his shoulder twice now, the same one. Kind of worrying. He was NHL ready in his draft year as you mention he was ok playing 10 minutes a night at 18 in the WC's, something almost no 18 year olds do...let alone defenders.

Order is hard as hell

Eh...off my head even though it isn't a top-10, my opinion which can be taken with a sharp grain of salt.

Some great players I am kind of surprised to see Klefbom so high. Also Surprised to see Reinhart not included I remember he was getting Shea Weber comparisions what has happened to him ? he didn't make team Canada is he really bringing up questions about the type of player he is ?

Offense hasn't come around to what they hoped, not really as physical as a Weber, I'm not a fan personally. I think size and bloodlines can blind a lot of people with certain players. He's very good, probably will be a very good top-four two-way guy with room to improve, but as I pointed out to somebody who tried to say he was never given any PP time, 33% of his points came from the PP and half his goals, he just isn't that good at it.

Too bad for Nurse that he didn't get drafted to the Predators (not that it would be good for the Predators.) I feel like he would have a better chance of reaching his potential with them.

Josi is a great young player. That should be a really good duo. No need to rush Jones into playing top minutes especially on a new side.
