This is what happens after you overreact and completely blow up a successful team in 2 years. When we made the ECF, all we needed to do was add a little extra offense. That's it. Instead, we removed Prust, fedotenko, etc... Then we blow it up some more in a shortened season. Then some more by firing the Torts. This team is a patchworked mess right now. No system, no identity, no chemistry, no familiarness between players. It's ridiculous. In 2 years, we went from one of the toughest teams with amazing defense, tough forechecking, blue collar grit success, to now trying to be a finesse team like Detroit or Puttsburgh. It's not something that can reasonably happen over a 2 season span. We essentially took a step 3 years backwards now.

The Ducks power play just passes the puck around for 2 minutes firing at will, the Rangers as usual take 40 seconds to get in, pass it around and miss the net on their 1 chance and out it goes. It's like watching a 3 ring circus and I would rather Ringling Bros than this nightmare.
