Perron and Yak have an edge to their game. Perron is quite the female genitalia at times so I don't think he's redundant. When Yak was playing his best last year he was hitting someone every shift.

To answer your question I would say yes, but personally it better be for a #1 d-man. At this point I wouldn't be shopping him either, I think this team still needs time and could be quite competitive with some tweaks. We added (frank)ing plugs and this team has a new identity. Add a physical 3rd liner and top 4 d-man and who knows what this team would look like. Those shouldn't cost you an Eberle to get.

what's to blow up about? the comment about Hall was a joke. and the Oilers did not outplay Montreal last night. i don't see how you can make that claim when you lose by 3 goals on home ice to a team that played 24 hours before and started its backup goalie.

I see nothing wrong with him putting that story out there... He's a reporter and he knew it would get him publicity. If Joe didn't want something like that reported, he shouldn't have said it. Fair game.

That being said, I think the story actually was a positive thing for Joe. I've had enough of these whiny players who put their egos above the game. It was an exciting play, and the fans want excitement... If the game wants to grow, this is the sort of stuff the NHL has to embrace. Players like Oates need to SUCK IT!

I'd have to assume it would be one of Ebs or Yak... Nuge won't go anywhere unless a #1 center comes back, and Hall is our franchise LW... I'd imagine one of the RW's would go.

I think the experiment at center has thrown him off... That experiment was stupid anyway, and no Eakins... Playing center is not exactly the same as playing LW, you idiot.

Hall probably needs a little time to readjust... He looked pretty good at times last night. It'll likely turn around for him shortly.
