I didn't see much of the Detroit game, but from what I remember in the Montreal game, Emery didn't look very agile moving from post to post. Thought it kept from having a chance to save a couple from that MTL game.

I don't think Meszaros should be playing over any of the 6 that played vs. Detroit, personally. I'm not Bill, but just my 2 cents.

Mez in, Streit to 7th D, sit Newbury/Rosehill --- a faster, bigger, more capable D in all 3-zones.

at least we dont have goaltending problems like the rangers LOL...who would have thought that.....its like the opposite we cant score and the rags have goalie issues wtf...

I can't speak for Bill, but I would sit Timonen. I think age and general wear and tear have finally caught up to him. He is being forced to take too many restraining penalties because it seems that he just can't keep up with the play any more.

Our PP is bad enough if we bench Streit were getting shorties against on that 2nd unit.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge fan of Kimmo and I respect him immensely; I'm just afraid that he has reached the end of his career.

Kimmo should realize he's hurting the team on the PP and make it easy for the coach to take him off the top unit.

A 7th dman with a 5.2 million dollar cap hit? I'm looking forward to the third and fourth years of Streit's deal. Should be a hoot.

It's pretty bad when I can barely make it through 2 periods before I start dozing off. That's how boring this team is.

I said that the other day. There is nothing worse than a boring team. If they were losing 6-5 every game at least it would be entertaining. Being unable to score, coupled with the never ending revolving door to the sin bin, it's unwatchable.

This team has it all wrong. They should be doing this next season for a chance at Connor McDavid...

Honest question: Why would you compare Craig Berube to Bill Barber as a coach?

They have been pretty good defensively at ES. Generating very little offense 5 on 5. And the PP has been a disaster.
