Tim Panaccio: Much To Like From One Game

Flyers were mid-ranked in the PK entering last night because that game in Detroit knocked down their numbers. Other that than one game (which also had a lot to do with a subpar game from Ray Emery as well as some letdowns by the other PKers), the Flyers have been real solid in that department all season.

Beating the Devils should not be a problem and the Eagles performance on Sunday should get the locals more into Hockey mode. Flyers are not near as bad as they have looked. Eagles are worse......and yes, the Giants and Rangers stink too! Sad when the bright spot is the tragedy of the Cowboys.

where have i heard that before? devils just scored 4 pp goals to take out boston in boston. i'd say beating nj will be as hard as ever for the flyers unless they play a solid 60 min game again which is something they often do not do
