Pete, you're a good writer and provide some interesting insight.
However, I'm not sure if dissecting a tweet is blog worthy.
The Jets played a decent game last night... save for the slow start. The Wild is a good team, they have a couple of bonafide superstars and they play hard... the Jets hung with them and the game could have went the Jets way.
You seem to have some issues with Pavs and Noel. Fine. But its getting tired.
How about an update on the injured? How about some news from St. John's? How about some talk about the Olympics and how it could affect the Jets (standings wise? roster? before and after?)? How updates on scouting? It'd be interesting to hear who the Jets have on the pay roll, their experience and what they look for in players (and where each scout looks)...
You're obviously a smart hockey guy. Maybe take a step back from the Jets and do some analysis on the differences between say... Colorado and Edmonton. Two teams who some high level young talent that are moving in two different directions... Why? We're going to have some good young players playing on the Jets in the next couple of years... it'd be an interesting discussion...
Why is it some teams perpetually suck? How can Winnipeg avoid it?
Anyway, just some suggestions.

Hey I appreciate the thoughts and the criticism and observations. It's constructive and fair but in the end is there much to write about with this group?
No and your thoughts are valid in saying move on to something else- I might just trying to find some things to write about and do a different take.
In all fairness to me, I've been considering a more 'entertaining approach' to covering this team and it may happen soon.
Thanks again for your thoughts it's always welcome.

Mr Tessier, is there something on the horizon for the Jets to solve the centering problems?? |

Petan is a center but he's pretty small and years away.
Lowry looks like a keeper but he's a winger. The teams has pretty good defensive prospects coming up, with Trouba and Morrisey but it's pretty bare up front.
It was a mess coming over from Atlanta. |

They should move a good D for a good center. |

Lowry played his last year in Junior as a centre. He's playing in St. John's as a centre currently. Injuries this season have been holding him back so far though. |
