Big Buff wouldnt be able to keep up on that big stage. Jack Johnson has no business on this team. He's a disaster and USA should be happy to of developed enough guys to leave him off. I was a little surprised that EJ didnt get on. Yandle is a bit of a risk defensively. USA def wants to play big and strong. Im surprised to see Fowler on the team. He's riding the coat tails of Perry and Getz who are scoring like crazy.

It makes my stomach turn that shattenkirk is on there and E. Johnson is not....

Pomminville should be on the team.

I think they made some poor choices for this roster. Paul Martin, Justin Faulk, and Brooks Orpik over Keith Yandle? That's the biggest one for me. Also how the hell is Bobby Ryan left off this roster?

Ryan def scores big goals. But he isnt physical enough. And isnt as good in both ends of the ice as the rest of the guys. They clearly wanna play defense and bang bodies. Another reason why I think Yandle is off.

leaving off guys like yandle, ryan, buff, e. johnson, etc........gonna be a stretch to get back on the podium, imo. definitely could have iced a better team then that

Bobby Ryan is better than half the guys who made the team.

The Americans are making the colossal mistake of bringing in third- and fourth-line type players, when in an Olympic tournament, you can really roll three offensive lines. You still need PK guys and a defensive fourth line, but you have to wonder who was smoking what to put Kesler, Stastny, Stepan, Pacioretty, Wheeler or Oshie on the team before Bobby Ryan.
