Not sure I agree. If yaks comes anywhere close to his potential, he is a better player. Eberle is about as one dimensional as they come. Right now Eberle is a better player. It just depends if you think yaks is gonna improve

I think Yak has more natural ability and will most likely become a quality sniper when/if he pans out (although so far it's been a bit of a rough ride - not sure if it's his attitude or if it's just mismanagement by the Oilers (there is a thought, huh? ).

I just think Eberle is a better all around player (at this time, anyway) and has a penchant for coming up big in important games (12 winning goals since 2011 - which, again, is impressive given he's still 23!).

In any event, it will be interesting to see how things pan out. I'm sure the Oil would love to see both fully break-out (then again, we've been waiting to see pigs fly for a long time now )

Edit: of course after writing that I note Eberle has two goals against Tampa today
