Around the 7 or 8 minute mark, the game turned and the Predators started outworking the Flyers. That and the dumb giveaways have led to the 2-1 deficit.

ugh, I hate the name Nystrom.

I remember the days of Lindros, Primeau and even Tocchet putting an end to extended cycling in the Flyers D zone by simply just bulling thru and breaking up the play. Those days are over as players now will just face the boards and wait to get hit.

I'll tell you what: If some of these guys had tried to play that way when Bryan Marchment was playing, they'd sure as hell wouldn't be doing it for long.

Marchment, Kasparaitis, Dale Hunter...those guys wouldn't have let up, and they wouldn't have bumped you.

Silver lining? Flyers will be rewarded with a power-play based on a ticky-tacky makeup call.

Hard to get a power play when the opposition is continually controlling the puck.

They need to get their legs under them. The ice has been leaning heavily toward the Flyers' goal.

Dump, chase, get more shots on Hutton with a body or two in front.
