It's a "that's highly unlikely". But people saying that sexist stuff are just ridiculous. If you don't think women will play I hope it's because of skill and nothing else.

I think we will see a woman goalie. The women's goalies are 6ft + and I'm sure of they make 39 shutouts in a season than they are up to snuff with at least minor league play. If they could roll with those punches than who knows.

But I am a flyers fan. I'm not exactly sure what goaltending is exactly.

The nhl is about the best players in the world playing a sport to win the ultimate prize of the sport. It is not about men or women. If a woman is the best in the world. She plays in the best league in the world. That's all there is to it.

These people are brainless to say anything other thanplaying ability should have any effect on them playing the game at the highest level.

Actually if you knew how to read you could see it wasn't obvious to half the people who posted.

while anything is possible, to physically be able to compete on the same level as guys like bishop, or even the smaller guys like bernier who can push off pretty well for their size.... unlikely
