Yes they have. And they've gotten great help from the forwards on their shifts. Guys not in position on the wall to help and when they've been there, have lost the battles.

Pretty simple but in this kind of game, they ALL need to be harder on the puck.

And if I remember, on the 1st goal, Leddy pushed the puck to Brookbank, who proceeded to wait until he got tied up behind the net. Pretty hard when the guy you're paired up with isn't giving you much help.

Emery looks as rusty as hell ... I'd expect the Hawks to throw a lot more rubber at him over the next 2 periods compared to the first.
