Haven't been to any games in BC for a few years now so I can't really comment on BC place or Rogers Arena.

Boston has great food. Fenway Frank's are awesome!

Surprisingly the ACC isn't too bad for food - they've improved quite a bit over the past 2 years. Even the Skydome has some decent options but generally the US ball parks do it better.

The wife and I were lucky enough to get free courtside tickets to the Raptors a few weeks ago. I can understand why people in the platinum's don't get back into their seats as soon as the half/period starts. The food was awesome but certainly way overpriced. They even had dessert and beer/wine waiting on our table as soon as the second half was over.
