Let me start by saying that the disallowed goal call in Game 3 was the "right" call according to the idiotic NHL rules. That being said, I continue to take issue with Fraser saying that Charron was "courageous" making that call. First off, as he has so vehemently argued, it was the right call according to the rulebook. Second, last I checked that call was made at the Bell Centre in Montreal. So to suffice, the ref was "courageous" for making the right call in Montreal's home building. Yeah, quite courageous

The point he's trying to make is that other refs wouldn't have made that call due to fear from the NHL given what their reaction to those types of calls in the past. Other refs who have made a call, the right call, have been dropped from the remainder of the playoffs
