Honestly why not just fake an injury if that's the case? Others have refused to do certain aspects before.

Did you watch the TSN interview with Treliving?
He was saying something along the lines of seeing if players knew what kind of role they might fill in the future....
for example if they look like they're projecting as a shutdown defensive defensemen, but say they're like Drew Doughty...is that a warning sign?
Meanwhile they are replaying clips of Ekblad

And I think I recall Ekblad saying he molds himself after Pietrangelo/Doughty in a previous interview

Thoughts on this? Was Treliving taking about Ekblad? Is he a shutdown D or more pucking moving offensive D?

Bennett didnt impress me during the combine...doesnt exactly translate to on-ice product, but theres value there and from what I saw during his interviews and strength testing...well...it wasnt great.

Jankowski can do many pull-ups. Because of the way he is.

The pull ups these guys do for the combine aren't your standard pull up. You start at the top, hold, go down all the way to the bottom, hold, wait for the beep, go back to the top, hold, wait for the beep.

Not saying he shouldn't be able to do one but the highest score was 12. If I went to the gym I could rip off "10" and im in average shape. It's not quite the same thing.

He is working with a trainer already and will get stronger. I dont really give a poop about pull ups. Its all about Legs and core.
