Agreed. With all the hockey being not played right now, and the biggest days of the offseason behind us, you'd think he'd have way more to write about.

Here are the options. Ignore the people that have a clear bottom feeding agenda, or engage with them and all that comes with that.

Seriously I was a Penguins fan first back in the day. Everyone on the Islander blog knows that and I root for the Penguins all year except against the Islanders. So I am a fan still have my autographed Mario Lemieux jersey hanging up

If he is still having treatment on it all these months later then it definitely had an impact on his play. The injured wrist explains it way more about his lack of production than the other absurd things I've read about him pouting about lack of trades or just simply quitting on the team. You could see he was frustrated with his play. He didn't make an excuse though for it. If it wasn't a serious issue then there wouldn't be any talk about potentially having surgery. The main thing is him to be ready for next year. I have no idea whether continuing rehab is better or having surgery to fix it but I just hope this isn't an injury that could reoccur.

It does seem that the injury occurred during the timeframe that was posted in the blog. I don't know how much it would have mattered but DB should definitely have rested Crosby more than he did when the games didn't mean anything. Pretty dumb on his part to keep throwing Crosby out there if something was wrong. Actually he should have rested more players overall but that is another topic.

It just gets old, I am an Eagles fan...you have no idea the amount of ish i get from them over and over again for being a Pens fan. After 10 years, the Cindy is crying again just gets old and played out.

As much as I love valid excuses, and I'm the king of them, Crosby hasn't been hurt every post season since 2009. Glad to see that GMJR is addressing problems rather than banking on excuses to keep his job like the last regime.

Apparently, the Pens organization isn't happy this injury news leaked. Probably because now every team has two targets on Crosby -- head, wrist.

As I said yesterday, Crosby is a great player, is he the best? That can be debated. If he was injured it surely affected his abilities. Did it affect the series? Yes to an extent but the Pens defense was pretty poor and that's the reason you didn't move forward.

Apparently anything posted about Sid brings the hate.

Anyone see anything about potential of 87 missing time if he has Sx?
