Only 2 wanted rub and saucy? That's the only way to eat BBQ'd ribs.

My wife was one of them...

Medium. They are just plain good without the sauce. Taste the pork, tender but firmer than the fall off the bone recipe - yummy. Don't get me wrong, I'll do the slow 225 degree 6 hour deal as well, but every time the majority like the plain olive oil, salt and pepper. Plus I'm done grilling in no time and can do 11 racks at a time without fuss.

I am going to try smoking the ribs in a smoker as well when I can stomach having ribs again.

I'll try it..

I still dont get what your are trying to say

all I am saying is draft a blue chip prospect instead of trading down to draft players in the 20's who are not that ..players like Gauthier and Biggs

- senstroll

You should double-check your useage of "blue chip" as it relates to prospects...not sure those are available in the 20's. If you were to suggest higher skilled players that project to be more high-end, impactful, "top-6" players, then you're on to something...

Try one time with a can of root beer in the cooker with your shoulder (stay away from the "picnic" cut for true shredded goodness) then sauce to your hearts content after 6-8 hours...sister-in-law's recipe and it's very good.

Traded two years ago.
I think he ranks 40th on Tampas top 50 prospect list now.

I said blue chip referring to Nylander .. and not players in the 20's

thought that was clear

I know, I was trying to make fun of Leafs fans because they traded Jiri Tlusty for him straight up.
