Why would you make fun of Leaf fans for that trade? If anything, Leaf fans said wtf to that trade....and then fans of other teams dumped on us for 'over-rating' our prospects.

Now I'm not saying Tlusty is a guy that got away, but I think a trade of Tlusty, Steen, Carlo Collaicovo and Stalberg just might've gotten us a lot more than Versteeg and Stempniak.

I felt it was more the fact Tlusty was a prospect from the old regime....much the same way Steen was. His nude picture meant Richard all to me.

Skinner will be Skinner. He will score 30+ goals and finish with around 65-70 points.

As for Tlusty, I think it was more of a "Burke doesn't like this guy" type thing than having to do with the photos. But that seemed to be the case with a lot of young guys Burke moved out at that time.

No idea. He looked SO DAMN GOOD during his first brief stint. Confident with the puck. Made the right decision every time. And then he went all Joe Corvo on everyone. Sliding all over the place, working like hell to accomplish nothing. It's just like all of a sudden he wasn't aware of what was going on around him anymore.

Yeah, if all goes well that is going to be one absolutely miserable line to play against. Eric should have a LOT more room playing with those two.

Skinner and Lindholm showed really good chemistry together towards the end of the season. If Lindholm has put on a little bit of weight during the summer, he's going to be a great sleeper pick for somebody.

We ended up getting a 1st and 3rd for Versteeg, (who we got for Viktor Stalberg, Christopher DiDomenico and Philippe Paradis.) Paradis we got for Tulsty

I guess you could say it ended up being
1st(Stuart Percy) and 3rd (Josh Leivo) for Stalberg and Tulsty
