Apparently not the ones who made that choice to even consider him let alone pick him.

If a defender dives (like on a breakaway) and trips the offensive player, it is a penalty regardless of whether the defender touched the puck first.

Very meh on the rule changes. Hate the new tripping rule. See no reason to eliminate spin o rama shootout moves, like the leeway & seeming end of intent to blow, but lot of gray there

Not even shocked Lawson Crouse is higher than Konecny even though he had a better rookie year.

You don't get drafted, or play professional hockey at any level without having talent. Rinaldo was just re-signed by an NHL team to a 2 year contract. Saying he doesn't have any talent is just hyperbole.
Oliver Laurdisen is signed to a one way contract this year, and has made 2.5M bucks to this point playing professional Hockey. Not bad for a player with no talent.
