So....what you're telling me is according to these medical records, Alan Stanwick does not have cancer? Oh well he'll be so relieved....

I think he'll demand the most out of this so-so roster but I don't see him as a coach that can elevate the play by his hockey smarts. I'm not sure he knows how to use the roster to its fullest extent regardless of how talented the roster is.

I see a "so so" defense but the roster is pretty solid on offense and in goal. The top 9 offense of this team is pretty scary on paper. Led by giroux and voracek and a very skilled twf in couturier. Each line has a pretty good mix of skill set and talent and almost all are capable of putting up 40+ points a season. The d needs help that's no surprise but elite d men are the hardest piece to acquire and have to be home grown which currently we have 4 d prospects with top 4 and top potential. Mason will be fine, for the first time in idk how long I haven't worried about goaltending. Are we contenders? No way but that's fine with me I'm ok with any way this season turns out in the standings. Personally I'd rather miss playoffs instead of exiting in first round. We are clearly building and a higher pick instead of an early exit is ok with me.
