I completely agree.

I suggested that the team store start selling stick-on palm trees. Imagine a three-pack for $14.99. This is a winning business idea.

I'm underwhelmed in the biggest way.

I was more impressed with the unveiling of the Buddy Jesus.

I agree. The Black is awesome but the Logo is weak.

They brought the black back, that is what matters to me. It was our primary color for years. I also like that they have the bolts on the pants in blue, another throwback to the old.

The word Bolts doesn't bother me, it would look good with the new team crest for sure but to be honest if you live in Tampa and talk hockey they are not the Lightning, they are definitely known as the Bolts.

Agreed. I do wish the Oilers would bring back these early millennium Jerseys, but I think there is probably some trademark or ownership issues preventing it.
The logo was designed by Todd McFarlane when he had a stake in the Oilers prior to Katz.

Unfortunately they were a bit of bad luck tho. Don't know the stats but apparently the Oilers winning % was much lower in those silks than without....not that I'm superstitious.
