I think he's gotta go thru waivers before he gets reassigned to okc.

I'd assume that's another reason he stayed up as they didn't wanna risk losing him for nothing until they were positive they had to make a change

Isn't he playing better then about 90% of your team?

Brad Hunt was one of the worst d men we have dressed in years. Management should not have kept him around to begin with

I sent a message to Ek about becoming a ref, no response yet. Maybe If a few more of you guys sent in a supportive message on my behalf you would finally have the ref this thread needs.

Why would he respond to something he obviously see's as a joke.
There is already one power tripping ref in here, really don't need two.

You need a ref to support you to start. Getting Yeti to back you is a beginning. Next your ban history counts...needs to be fairly impeccable, yours is not so much. Also, Ek does not do it, Eric is the head of mods and he has a more direct say.

I have been through the process and that was what I learned. It was my confrontations with micah that burned me from being a mod.

If it landed us McDavid, I wouldn't give a sh1t what any of the current Oilers think. I'd trade the whole (frank)ing team for McDavid.

hunt flat out doesn't have the talent to make a lot of great plays (hunts gap control is atrocious),
and klefbom is certainly far more talented. but he was kind of a mess last year.
it wasn't so much being unable to make plays like hunt, but more in over his head/not ready for the nhl game and really mistake prone.
he wasn't good last year.

either way, love that hes played well in the A and hes earned his call up. but I hope nikitin comes back relatively quickly, or klefbom is sheltered enough early and we can eke out some wins so that his confidence remains high

Yeah hopefully he can transition his success this season in the A to the NHL. It just seems whenever hunt is on the ice we are hemmed in our d zone. Also it was his man that got open on the second goal by the Canucks
