What happened to that 3 game win streak or whatever?

Sorry, I had to rub it in a bit.

Seriously though there's not much to be optimistic about for you guys. Hopefully when a substantial move or trade is made you guys can start to right the ship again. Honestly, I don't have any answers like all of the other smart asses on here, but I kind of get the impression that Hall isn't the guy to lead the team.

I know you guys will mostly all disagree, but I think you either need to trade him or trade others to bring someone in who can be "the guy" in terms of taking control of this team (Much like Giordano has done for the Flames).

Not sure who it would be or what the price would be, but it needs to be done!

Yup, things looking pretty bleak. I will disagree about your assessment of Hall, he is one of... the only guys who looks like he gives a crap every night. Gio has definitely been that guy for you, and obviously it's working pretty well. But I would also credit that to how your entire team has bought in. Whether you credit that to Gio, the coaching, crossroads demons, it's working.

The most frustrating thing watching you guys do so well right now is the fact that on paper you should be awful, still too soon to tell but your rebuild right now is looking like it could be turned around in just a year. There seems to be this sense of entitlement around the Oilers.

Now I'm just rambling so point: Flames playing good, Oilers not. Going to go drink now.
