Murray still has options at the trade deadline for "tanking". We could trade Steward, Stafford, Hodgson, Mezzaros, Benoit, Strachan ect...that would be enough to rattle any team chemistry and send us from 25th back to 30th.

As much as i hate seeing this team lose, the idea of drafting 3rd through 7th this year is gonna be tough to take. But Teddy ain't a loser...watching the Sabres getting shellac'd in that game in Montreal on Saturday and still gutting out the 4-3 win reminded me of Latvia vs Canada in the Olympics.

I agree with whoever said 'the next 10 games will show us a lot about this team'.

We were in dead last through 22 games this season. Now because we jumped a few teams on big losing streaks we should load up for a playoff run?

Average teams that miss the post season every year have 4-5 game winning streaks.

I cant believe Bailey didnt make the Team USA camp. What an absolute joke. Kid is lighting up the OHL this year. Canada has their politics when it comes to team selection, and so does the USA. They shun those that dont go through USNTDP.

No one anywhere on here said anything about "loading up for a playoff run", because, that would be obviously insane. If we move anything at the trade deadline it will be to continue the rebuild with the unstated benefit of helping us "tank" the last 20 something games. I thought this was all pretty clear.
