Understood. But with Edmonton always finding a way to lose. Carolina.. will Columbus get healthy and actually start winning. Heck even Philly is down there now as well.

That promise is what we were hoping to see with the rebuild going on. Seems like it just might be a little tougher staying in that 29-30th spot by seasons end.

You could fairly say that the first 9 picks Buffalo made in 2013 were good to very good, including Florentino who looks to have serious upside?

It's also extremely difficult to maintain a .952 save percentage. As we saw last night the jackets getting bob back is huge and j staal is skating again for the canes.

But the oilers on the other hand.... Thats a team sinking deeper and deeper into the quick sand

Couldnt agree more. That move wouldnt make us a playoffs contender, But gives us a top six winger now thats only getting better.

Also for the players leaving-
Cody- somethings not clicking and the farms loaded with centers-imo cya (good for both sides)
Marcus- I feel the last name fools fans about production

Hackett- with a struggling M.Smith this could be what he needs
