this blog seems a lot longer than it is. maybe doesn't translate well to text. the saku tribute was nice and deserving but on the heels of the funeral and farewell to jean beliveau, it was impossible to reach anywhere close to the emotional level that had just been spent by the fans and the city only a week ago.
on another note, the canadiens are boring to watch. I've had a hard time staying with an entire game most of the season. |
