Big props to Bailey on the back check. He looks good offensively as well. I have never seen three posts on 2 consecutive shots. Crazy!

Bailey played like Kulemin in the first, great back checking. Strait is like juggling a hand grenade.

Hes also been getting stuck on the ice because turnovers at your blue line make it hard to get to the bench

if bailey played like that all the time, even if he only scored 10 a year I'd consider him an important part of the team. He needs to play like that consistently...thats why I love Kulemin's game.

Only Boychuk has more TOI in the first period than Strait. Clearly, Cappy has confidence in Strait.

Halak looks good so far but if we keep turning the puck over in the high slot we're gonna get burned. Strait needs to start using the glass to chip it out, rather than passing it directly to a ranger stick.
