Smash mouth was the first album I ever bought, and I needed my moms permission because it had a parental advisory label on it haha. Doesn't get much cooler than that

Thanks for linking that video, Stewy. Great stuff!

What on God's green earth was that thing sitting on Bobby Hull's head? That thing needed a chin strap.

I remember watching hockey as a kid and always wondering what players thoughts when Mike Cvik was one of the officials. That guy always looked like he could stop just about anyone with one hand.

Paul, what was it like having the Twin Towers, Civik and Heyer on either side of you. Those guys could break up a brawl, just by grabbing a player in each hand and carrying them to the penalty box.

Paul, thanks for posting that video of the WHA All-Stars. Not having a WHA presence in Pittsburgh where I grew up, I'm fascinated by the league. Even more so now that my kid's hockey coach is Andre Lacroix. I'm trying to learn all I can about the league and their history.

I told Andre about your article and his eyes lit up. "Absolute, fantastic referee. One of the best.", he said.

Thanks for all you do for the game of hockey. You are much appreciated.

TNG, I'm a huge WHA buff myself. Wish there was more video footage available.

If you'd like to learn more about the WHA, I highly recommend checking out The Rebel League by Ed Willes. Phenomenal stuff.
