They are reporting Kassian out. Unless they are about to spring a trade, or he's banged up, he should be in the line up. He finally showed some improvement and started moving his feet more and he sits? Why not give him a chance to build on his improvements.

If they are shopping him like some keep insisting on here, this does not help. I can assume that all these scouts that showed up are not here to see Kassian then. If Benning was shopping him, then the coach would be on the same page I would assume. Can't showcase a player in the press room. Scouts must be here for other players.

Look at his comparable. 50 pts and 3rd contract. He is almost identical to brassard. Toronto's first offer was 22.5 over 5 yrs. Me thinks he's a lock for 5 mill

It must be a trade other wise everyone is right, why sit him when you are shopping him. Seems to be a bit of buzz the past two days that the Canucks are still up to something after the Clendening trade. I imagine we'll know by tonight or tomorrow morning.

I think yesterday's is the game preview and she might come out with one later, big day for the Canucks and Seahawks.
